Robert Page, a member of the Executive Committee of the Irish Volunteers, addressed the Annual Congress of the GAA, which was held in City Hall, Dublin last weekend.

Mr. Page was applauded when he asked each delegate to return to his club and promote the objects and cause of the Volunteer movement. Although Mr. Page was given permission to address the Congress, the GAA has not officially endorsed the Volunteer movement and, according to Mr. Page, was not being asked to take any official action.
