Emma O'Kelly reports for RTÉ News on the proclamation day, 15 March 2016, which saw children in schools from 'Malin to Mizen' participate in one of the largest events of the decade of centenaries. In schools and colleges, pupils read the 1916 proclamation, read proclamations that they themselves had drafted, raised the tricolour and sang the national anthem.
