Ship Sinks off Holyhead

Early this morning, the Liverpool steamer, the Maiorese, bound for Dublin, foundered on the North Stack Rocks off Holyhead. The ship had left Liverpool late Friday night, and was passing Holyhead for the Irish Sea when disaster struck. On board were twenty-one crew and three passengers. All the dead are said to be crew members.
