Mr Selfridge visits Dublin

Mr Harry Gordon Selfridge, of Selfridge & Co. was entertained to luncheon at the Gresham Hotel today by the Executive Committee of the Civic Exhibition. Her Excellency the Countess of Aberdeen presided and extended a cordial welcome to Mr Selfridge. In acknowledgement Mr Selfridge said he thought the exhibition was assured of success.The number attending the luncheon in honour of Mr Selfridge was about 250.

The Civic Exhibition opens in Dublin tomorrow in the King’s Inn Gardens. Mr Selfridge has travelled to Ireland to assist with the organisation.
