FJ Bigger closes Wexford Feis

The Wexford Feis was closed today by FJ Bigger who enthusiastically embraced the promotion of the language that had been a central part of the two day event. The language competitions that were part of the Feis were won by the various Christian Brothers Schools of the County and the town’s Presentation School. The individual prize presented by Sir Thomas Esmonde MP, for a month’s study at Ring College, was won by Statia Lynch of Weford.
