Other files which accompanied the below images explained that the plans were a proposal for the War Services Advisory Bureau and Central Clearing House in Ireland. The memo to the Under Secretary said these documents appear to be a scheme to set up a sort of Irish Cabinet, the activities of which would extend amongst others, a variety of matters which under the Government of Ireland Act will be dealt with by the Imperial Government. The scheme proposes to deal with 8 matters connected to the war. A list of sub-committes is outlined to deal with problems which will arise after the war.
