Kildare boy faces arm amputation
A seven year old Kildare boy is set to lose his arm following an accident involving a mowing machine.
James Kinnear from the Sallins Road was playing in a field in Oldtown when he saw a mouse run across the grass in front of a mowing machine. The boy attempted to catch the mouse but his hand went into the machine and his arm was mutilated.
He is currently in Naas Hospital.
