Guns seized in Kingstown

    Revenue officers seized a quantity of goods at Carlisle Pier in Kingstown today.

    The guns - including rifles, revolvers and some ammunition - were discovered in a wooden box following the arrival from Britain of the mail steamer Munster.

    It is as yet unclear for whom the consignment was intended.
