16th (Irish) Division leave Ireland for war
Dublin, 17 September 1915 - The 16th (Irish) Division has left Ireland and the men are now in England completing their training.
Various brigades of the division have been based in towns and camps across the south of Ireland where they have undertaken the same training as the 36th (Ulster) Division in preparation for war.
